It’s good news, everyone! Our new custom payouts solution will be live next week and you can register for a ‘Digital Wallet’ now. If you head to ‘My Balances’ in the NetLeaders dashboard and click ‘Cash Options’ you’ll see a new option is now available, simply called ‘Digital Wallet’.
If you follow the link you’ll be asked to create an account with Berkeley FS, our official payouts partner.
Be sure to enter your information correctly into the forms provided. Once complete you’ll receive an email from Berkeley FS allowing you to activate your account. Be sure to check your spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive promptly. In the email you’ll receive a confirmation code and a link to set up your Berkeley FS account.
Once you’ve set up your account, head back to your NetLeaders dashboard to link your new Berkeley FS account with your NetLeaders username. You’re able to link multiple NetLeaders usernames to one Berkeley FS account, so you only need to set this up once. It will take 24 hours for your account to become active.
When you’ve set up and linked your Berkeley FS account to your NetLeaders username, you’ll be ready to request payouts via the ‘Digital Wallet’ option. From your Berkeley FS account you will then have a wide range of options, from paying out to your bank account in a number of local currencies to accessing a currency exchange service.
Please note payouts requested before we announce the payout solution is live next week will not be processed. But registering now will make sure you’re ready to go.
Once you have registered your Berkeley FS account and successfully linked it to you NetLeaders username, you’ll need to complete the KYC process within the Berkeley FS dashboard, even if you have completed KYC in NetLeaders. Head to ‘Settings’ then click ‘KYC Verfication’ to begin the process.
We hope you’ll find that once set up, our new solution is faster, more convenient and gives you far greater control over your payouts. We’re excited to continue to expand and improve the offering into the future and will keep you up to date as new features emerge.
We’ll be publishing an in depth blog post about the new ‘Digital Wallet’ payout solution in the next few days but in the meantime please contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
